I brought my dog in last summer for a snake bite and decided to switch to here as his regular vet. The hours are really flexible and the vet & her assistants are very patient with him. Highly recommended!

Absolutley amazing experience. I was seen right away. Special care was given to my anxious cat to make her feel safe and ease her stress. I wasn’t pressured in anyway to do anything I wasn’t comfortable doing. The doctor was very patient and listed to all of my concerns and explained all of our options during my visit.

Wow. I’m so impressed with my experience at Green Level Animal Hospital. I had to take my dog in 3 times for checkups due to an adverse reaction to pain meds prescribed by a different vet. Dr. Polu, Dr. Burns and their staff were so friendly and easy to work with. They always picked up the phone, they responded to emails quickly, they’re open 7 days a week, and I never had to wait long for an appointment. During the visit, they took their time answering my questions and always provided an estimate before proceeding with any tests or treatment. I wish all vets worked like this. I can’t recommend them enough.

I brought my very nervous cat in to be seen by Dr. Polu and she and the nurse were very skillful and considerate in their care of my cat and me as a client. Initially, I was concerned because he was very sensitive but the nurse did a wonderful job and Dr. Polu was very thorough in explaining options for treatments. Pricing was very transparent which I appreciated and I didn’t feel judged or pressured at anything point during the visit. With the recommendations made by Dr. Polu, my baby is getting closer to his goal weight and is much happier and healthier!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are extremely happy and grateful for the care our dog, Cooper, received at Green Level Animal Hospital. For the past two days, Cooper had not been eating and was experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. Our regular veterinarian did not have any appointments available, so we contacted Green Level Animal Hospital. They told us to bring Cooper in as soon as possible, and we are so thankful that we did. From the moment we walked through the door, the entire staff was kind, compassionate, and attentive. Dr. Polu examined Cooper, performed blood work, and explained the results to us in detail. We learned that Cooper had pancreatitis and was dehydrated. I had never known that dogs could develop pancreatitis, and Dr. Polu took the time to explain what it is, the signs to watch for, and what we needed to do to help Cooper recover. She reassured us that she would take good care of him, and we truly felt that she did. Cooper was hospitalized and received IV fluids as well as medication to help with the vomiting and diarrhea. At the end of the day, when we came to pick him up, he was already feeling much better. Dr. Polu carefully explained what signs we should watch for at home and when we would need to take Cooper to an emergency hospital. We returned the following day for additional IV fluid therapy, and it was so comforting to see Cooper get excited and happy as soon as he saw the staff. By the end of that day, he had noticeably more energy. The nurse patiently explained all of his medications and the food we would be giving him at home, and everyone took the time to answer all of our questions. Dr. Polu even called the following day to check on Cooper, which meant so much to us. We were extremely impressed with the level of care and compassion shown to Cooper throughout his entire visit. Their standard of care is exactly what we look for in a veterinary practice. We live about an hour away. We originally came to Green Level Animal Hospital only because our regular veterinarian did not have an appointment available when Cooper was sick. After this experience, we have decided to transfer Cooper's care to Green Level Animal Hospital. We don't mind driving an hour because we want the very best for our dog. We also appreciate that they are open on weekends, which gives us additional peace of mind if Cooper ever becomes sick again. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Polu and the entire staff at Green Level Animal Hospital. Thank you all so much for taking such wonderful care of our Cooper and for treating him with so much kindness and compassion. We are truly grateful! ❤️🐾
